1. Using Orra
You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Orra.
2. Reflection, not prediction
Orra's readings, daily cards and Guna scores come from Vedic astrology, tarot and AI writing. They are for reflection and fun. They don't predict the future and can't guarantee any outcome.
Orra is not medical, mental health, legal, financial or marriage advice. Please don't make big decisions on a reading alone. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact a local helpline or emergency services; the app shows numbers when it notices this.
3. AI-written content
Answers are written by AI (Anthropic's Claude) using your chart and the cards drawn. AI can be wrong, odd or repetitive. Orra is not a person and no astrologer reviews each answer. Tell us at [email protected] if an answer upsets you or seems harmful.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break section 7.
5. Free and paid features
- Free: a daily card and one question a day. Your first follow-up question in your first session is free.
- Orra Plus: ₹149 a month or ₹999 a year in India; NPR 199 a month in Nepal; $4.99 a month elsewhere. Plus includes follow-up questions, up to 10 questions a day.
- Question pack: 10 questions for ₹49. Questions from a pack don't expire.
- Deep compatibility report: ₹299, one-time.
Prices include applicable taxes and may change; we'll tell you before a change affects a subscription you already have.
6. Payments, trials, cancelling and refunds
- In the app, payments go through Google Play and follow Google Play's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- Free trials show the price and the date you'll be charged before you start. Cancel before that date and you won't be charged.
- To cancel, open Settings → Cancel subscription (it takes you to Google Play). You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
- Refunds for Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy. Write to us at [email protected] if something went wrong and we'll help.
- On the web, payments are processed by Dodo Payments (INR, USD) or eSewa and Khalti (NPR) under their terms. Ask us at [email protected] within 7 days for a refund on a web purchase you haven't used.
7. Fair use
Don't use Orra to harass, threaten or stalk anyone; add someone's details without good reason; break the law; scrape or copy the service; try to get around limits or payments; or try to make the AI produce harmful content.
8. Invites and other people
When you add someone or send them an invite link, make sure they would be okay with it. They can ask us to remove their details. Shared Guna pages show a score and a short line, never anyone's birth details.
9. What's ours and what's yours
Orra's name, design, illustrations, card art and software belong to [ENTITY]. What you write stays yours; you let us store and process it only to run Orra for you. You can share your own cards and Guna pages for personal use.
10. Our responsibility
We work to keep Orra running and accurate, but we provide it "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for decisions you make based on a reading, or for indirect losses. If we are responsible for a loss, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits your rights under India's Consumer Protection Act 2019 or Nepal's Consumer Protection Act 2075.
11. Ending
You can stop any time by deleting your account. We may close Orra or end these terms with 30 days' notice in the app, and will refund unused paid time.
12. Law and disputes
Indian law governs these terms. Talk to us first at [email protected]; most things get sorted that way. Otherwise, courts in [CITY] have jurisdiction, without taking away your right to use the consumer forum where you live.
