Delete your Orra account
In the app: Settings → Delete account and data → Delete my account. It happens straight away.
Can't open the app? Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with, subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.
What we delete: your account, birth details, chart, people you added, Guna scores, invite links, questions, answers, daily cards, check-ins, sankalpas and streak. We also ask our analytics provider (PostHog) to delete the usage events tied to your random ID; it does this in a weekly batch, so they are gone within about a week.
What we keep: purchase records, for as long as tax law requires, and security logs for up to one year. Backup copies are gone within [BACKUP DAYS] days.
Have Orra Plus? Cancel it in Google Play first (Play → Payments and subscriptions). Deleting your account doesn't stop Play billing.
